Embedded R&D delivery for a healthcare enterprise

A leading home infusion and healthcare services company partnered with V.Two to move AI-enabled R&D initiatives from early ideas into working products its teams could maintain and extend

The Challenge

A leading home infusion and healthcare services company had established an R&D innovation function with Palantir as its central data and AI platform. The opportunity was clear, but the team needed additional engineering capacity, product structure, and delivery support to move early ideas into maintainable products

The R&D team was advancing several clinical, operational, and automation initiatives in parallel. V.Two was brought in to help translate stakeholder needs into working Palantir-based solutions the internal team could own and extend

What We Built

V.Two embedded several senior experts in engineering, data, QA, product, and AI-development across the client’s R&D innovation pods, working directly with clinical stakeholders and client teams across multiple initiatives

  • Clinical and Operational Data Products — V.Two supported discovery, architecture, prototyping, and implementation for products that gave internal teams better visibility into fragmented clinical and operational data
  • Document Automation Workflows — V.Two built Palantir workflows to ingest healthcare documents, classify content, extract structured data, detect required signatures, and route information into downstream systems
  • Metadata and Indexing Systems — V.Two delivered systems to scrape, index, and extract metadata from documents, turning unstructured inputs into usable data for internal platforms
  • Product and Delivery Structure — V.Two helped clarify requirements, shape backlog priorities, and establish stronger communication between business stakeholders and developers, reducing rework while keeping multiple initiatives moving in parallel

What the Client Owns

  • Working R&D products across Palantir-based data, automation, and operational use cases
  • Palantir Foundry implementations the internal engineering team can maintain and extend
  • Architecture documentation and implementation plans for initiatives still in progress
  • An embedded team fluent in the client's systems, data models, and stakeholder relationships
